When will my order ship?
We package and ship your order as soon as possible. Usually, once we receive an order, we will ship the same business day unless, the order was received after 3 PM. Which it will then ship the following business day.
Standard Ground- 5-7 Business days
2 Day Air- 2 Business days
Overnight- 1 Business day
What is your Return Policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How do I exchange?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Once the return is received and accepted, We will then refund the original purchase.
How do I return?
Please email orders@thekinshipshoppe.com with your return request including Order number and Name.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
